DailyPay’s Amanda Romeo Recognized By Sales Enablement PRO For “Initiative of the Year” – Onboarding
Romain Romeo, who works as the Manager of Revenue Training at DailyPay, was chosen from among hundreds of entries for her efforts in onboarding new team members in an effective and creative manner under exceptional circumstances, which were caused by the global health crisis. Despite these difficult circumstances, the DailyPay Sales team has grown by more than twofold as businesses across the country see the importance of providing on-demand pay to their employees. Romeo lived true to the firm’s motto by pioneering a gold-standard onboarding process and assisting in the development of a sales team that delivered record revenue for the premier fintech company, among other accomplishments.
Romeo began her career with DailyPay in 2020 as a Sales Training Manager, and she has since broadened her responsibilities to include all aspects of the revenue organisation. She previously worked as a Sales & Operations Manager at Indeed.com and, prior to joining DailyPay, as a Talent Development Specialist at iCIMS, among other places.
She is currently in charge of the training and onboarding of all members of the go-to-market team. Amanda’s responsibilities include developing strategies to integrate core product knowledge and best practises into the revenue organisation in order to support business initiatives and revenue growth.
As a result of Amanda’s career in human resource technology, she has gained industry expertise as well as personal experience in both sales and operations. This has enabled her to establish herself as an experienced trainer who is focused on generating meaningful business outcomes. She has built a number of training programmes from the ground up, which have resulted in increased corporate income and the development of a learning-centered culture.
